Procedure
1. Documents required at the time of GD/PI
a) Original Mat Score Card (Sep. 2007 Dec 2007).
b) Proof of date of Birth (Secondary School Certificate issued by affiliated Board).
c) Certificate and mark sheets of qualifying examination issued by the Board / University.
d) Conduct and Character Certificate from the last institution attended.
e) Certificate of Medical fitness to be signed by a registered medical practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS.
f) Original Certificates of categories namely SC, ST, Defence & Physically Handicapped, Kashmiri Migrants whichever is applicable.
g) Demand Draft of Rs. 30,000/- in favour of BLS Institute of Management payable at Ghaziabad / Delhi.
h) One set of Photostat copies of all the certificates duly attested.

i) Original Mat Score Card (Sep. 2007, December 2007)instead of the the original statement which is to be deleted

2. The candidates should report at the institute for GD/PI on the date and time notified for GD/PI, in person and shall sign the attendance register in proof thereof and also deposit Rs. 1100/- towards Application Form of BLS Institute of Management before entering the Counseling Hall. The Application fee of Rs. 1150/- will neither be refundable nor adjustable in any case, even if a candidate opts out or cannot get a seat as per his/her preference. The following procedure will be followed.

a) At the time of reporting for GD/PI, the candidate shall produce the Application Form of BLS Institute of Management duly filled in along with original certificates and one set of photocopies thereof. If the candidate is admitted to the programme, the photocopies of the documents will be retained by the institute and the candidate will be required to submit the original documents to the institute at a later date. The head of the institution shall again verify the original documents to ensure the eligibility of the candidate and the original documents will be retained in the institution/center till the completion of the first semester examination.

b) The candidates will be called in order of merit and shall be offered the seats available in the programme at that point of time. Each candidate will have to choose a seat out of those available when his/her turn comes.

c) A candidate, who fails to appear in person on the notified date & time for GD/PI, shall forfeit the right to the process of admission. He/she may be considered provided the seat is available and he/she may be offered the seat available at that point of time.

d) A candidate who is allotted a seat will be required to deposit Rs. 30,000/- immediately (on the spot) at the time of admission. The fee will have to be deposited by a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of BLS Institute of Management payable at Delhi/Ghaziabad. If a candidate fails to deposit the requisite fees immediately after the seat is offered to him/her, the offer will be withdrawn on the spot and the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in the merit list. No part payment or payment through cheque is acceptable under any circumstances.

e) ALL CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO COME FOR GD/PI WITH A DRAFT/PAY ORDER OF RS.30,000/- WITHOUT FAIL. NO ADMISSION SHALL BE GRANTED WITHOUT DEPOSITING THE AMOUNT UPON BEING DECLARED SUCCESSFUL IN GD/PI.
